27 Days to Go!

27 days to go, almost to the minute!

Today (or, yesterday) we flushed the radiator (8 times!) and ran limescale remover, rust remover and sludge buster; before refilling the radiator with 50:50 coolant. We also got the foglights fixed, and the cracked indicator. Hopefully today I’ll get the blowing exhaust, a/c and try to source a new thermostat… the old one seemed broken – and I’d rather be safe than sorry! (note to self, buy a gasket too!).

The scary part is… the car seems pretty much ready and drives like a charm! I may change the atf fluid if I get a chance, but I’m not too fussed about it! We also need to find some seat covers and a car radio – then we’re good to go!

OH! I also need to get the sponsor decals printed, the cheap guy I found on ebay was… well… cheap and nasty!
